   With a 349 to 162 victory for Obama the country has voiced a unified desire for change. The ultimate reason for each of us may vary but the grounding theme for us all is change.
   I join the country in wishing President-Elect Barack Obama congratulations on his victory. Now we all wait and hope for the change that we cried out for.
